After reading hundreds of reports, they have compiled almost 100 short-cuts to health in mid and later life, including: how, when and what to eat; the supplements to take (or not); when, where and how to exercise; the best medical tests for ageing well; how to avoid health-threatening chemicals, and the best methods for evading cognitive decline.
