Creating net zero carbon regulated energy retirement villages is therefore a key focus for us and we are proud to be leading the way for the rest of the sector.

In 2021, we began construction of the UK’s first net zero carbon regulated energy retirement villages – Millfield Green, in Caddington, Bedfordshire, and Ampfield Meadows in Chandler’s Ford, Hampshire.
