Selection of savoury canapés.

 

OYSTERS AND CHAMPAGNE

Poached and crisp oyster, champagne sabayon, dehydrated sorrel sponge, vichyssoise.

 

SURF N TURF

Smoked venison fillet, king prawn, crab ravioli, tomato perls, celeriac.

 

PASSION FRUIT

Whipped dark chocolate, styles of passion fruit, crisp tuile.

 

£35 per person.
