Jackie joined Inspired Villages in 2018 as our Operations Director for the South. Prior to this, she gained extensive experience over 30 years across multiple sectors including hospitality operations and sales (hotels), customer experience management, product and service sales and manufacturing. She has worked for blue chip brands including Masterfoods (Mars) and Whitbread. This broad background gives Jackie a strong focus on operational excellence and customer service, ensuring our village teams can deliver a great experience for all of our valued residents. Outside of this, Jackie can be found listening to music in her family kitchen where she is a keen cook or spending time with her husband and daughters.
