Lawrence is an innovative and results focused HR professional with a wealth of experience in performance management, employee engagement, change management, people development, talent management and succession planning, resourcing, restructuring, job design and benchmarketing.

Lawrence is also a mediator, executive coach and trainer.  A practitioner of MBTI, Hay job evaluation, SHL Level A and B, a fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management and Chartered Management and a member of the CIPD.

Outside of work Lawrence enjoys travelling, sports of all kings but specifically rugby, story-telling and spending time with his family and new granddaughter.
