Mayor of Warwick officially opens new apartments at Austin Heath

The Mayor of Warwick, Richard Eddy, cut the ribbon to mark the launch of the first apartment blocks to reach completion in phase two of the development at Austin Heath on Saturday 4^th August.

Guests celebrated in true British style with a traditional afternoon tea in the summer sunshine, whilst a Barbershop Quartet provided the soundtrack to the day.

Several of the new Barker House and Howard Manor apartments have already been reserved, with people eager to secure the sought-after properties forming part of phase two of the development, which will include a total 167 apartments and an impressive Club House upon completion.

The Club House, which is expected to be fully operational in the early part of next year, will include a wellness centre, swimming pool and library, as well as a fully licenced bar and restaurant.

Guests at the launch event, including the Mayor of Warwick, were invited to look around the new apartments for themselves whilst taking a tour of the impressive facilities.

Many of the current occupants joined in the celebrations as resident Sandra Gyetvai cut the ribbon to the new apartments alongside The Mayor of Warwick, Richard Eddy and Consort Mark Robertson.
