Show Home offers glimpse of Inspired lifestyle

Retirees in search of the desired lifestyle will soon get a glimpse of what Warwick has to offer, when a show home is unveiled at a new retirement village coming to Warwick Gate in Heathcote.

Inspired Villages in Warwick, which offers a new standard in retirement living for the over-65s, will officially open its doors to the public on Saturday January 23rd, at a launch event for a newly furbished show home on site.

The 2-bed apartment will provide a taster of life in the first phase of the development, which is on schedule for completion in Spring 2016, comprising 49 retirement apartments in a safe village environment.  A total of 167 apartments, penthouses and other on-site facilities will be complete by 2018, providing approximately 60 jobs for the local economy.

When finished, the £65 million retirement village will offer exclusive one and two-bedroom homes for the over-65s with a range of facilities for residents including a wellness spa and relaxation pool, gym, deli shop, restaurant and community rooms, as well as onsite social and leisure activities alongside a range of care services.
