Work set to start on retirement village in Warwick

Work is set to get underway this month on a purpose-built retirement village at Heathcote in Warwick.

New images show for the first time how the initial phase of 49 apartments will look at Inspired Living Warwick on Gallagher Way.

The first apartments are expected to be ready for residents in February with all 167 apartments, penthouses and other on-site facilities completed by 2018.

The £65 million scheme offers over 65’s exclusive one and two-bedroom homes, a wide variety of social and leisure activities and a range of care packages.

When completed, the new village centre will include a wellness spa and relaxation pool, gym, deli shop, restaurant, community rooms and on-site care services.
