Inspired Villages offers service charge reduction on properties reserved by 30 June 2019

Inspired Villages, a developer and operator of UK retirement villages, announces a new offer for potential buyers, including a 50% reduction in service charge for two years, on top of its Inspired Move package, which provides a range of services designed to support moving into an Inspired Village.   

The offer applies to all of Inspired’s villages, including Durrants Village in West Sussex, Bramshott Place in Hampshire, Millbrook Village in Devon, Great Alne Park and Austin Heath in Warwickshire, and Gifford Lea in Cheshire. The service charge covers the maintenance and upkeep of the village and its facilities, including the residents’ clubhouses, swimming pools, spas, gyms, restaurants, bars and activity rooms for residents to use for hobbies or meetings.  It also covers operational staff, 24-hour security, one hour of cleaning per week and a weekly bed linen laundry service. 

In addition to the service charge offer, buyers may also take advantage of the Inspired Move package; a collection of services designed to relieve the stress and pressures of downsizing. This includes assisted move, part-exchange, recommended solicitors, de-cluttering, discounted removals, help setting up a new home and interior design advice. Customers may select from this range of services, depending on the level of assistance required.
