Over 100 residents filled Leamington Spa Town Hall for our '101 Ways' event which saw Gloria Hunniford OBE join a panel including Dr Dawn Harper, Inspired Villages Chairman, Keith Cockell, Matt Weston MP and adult care specialist, John Kennedy.

The discussion covered a wide variety of topics including innovative yet simple ways to keep active, how the political system can help improve retirement for the UK's over 55s and much more.
