Inspired Villages have partnered with land promoters Welbeck Land to progress an Integrated Retirement Community to the land west of High Street, for up to 125 units of specialist accommodation for older people.

Public consultation was carried out in Summer 2023 and we have since been reviewing the proposals following public feedback and progressing towards a planning application in Q3 2024.
