Durrants is a place where you can live happily and comfortably, safe in the knowledge we’ll actively support you to maintain your independence as you grow older. We have a significant number of apartments in each village allocated as Hospitality Suites available to purchase or rent. For those who prefer an easier life, we offer a suite of hospitality services including daily hot food provision, extra laundry, and additional housekeeping services. Should you require temporary or longer-term personal care within the privacy of your own home, we have a preferred domiciliary care provider whom we can introduce. Of course, you are free to arrange any personal care yourself, should you wish to do so at any point in the future. We believe these services, offered within your own home, mean that you can remain independent so there is often no need for a care home - ever.

Inspired Villages’ Hospitality Services is a lifestyle alternative for independent people in later life. Residents benefit from the comfort of their own cottage or apartment, with hotel-style services provided, as required, in the privacy of their own home.

A home of independence

Choose a one, two or three-bedroom home, all of which are finished to a very high standard and designed to suit people living their best years in later life. Elegance and comfort are combined with features that help to maximise independence.

Our homes provide the perfect solution for those who seek independence and their ‘own front door’ whilst wishing to benefit from the availability of extra services and support. You can choose to have your apartment fully tailored by taking our hospitality packages as part of our offering. Services include one meal a day, domestic cleaning and laundry service. These packages also include the management fee, so you do not have to worry about such day-to-day matters as external maintenance, gardening, property insurance or external window cleaning.

Our homes are located close to the broad range of social and leisure facilities within the village, including a restaurant, licensed bar and lounge area.

Each of the one, two or three-bedroom properties vary in layout and size and are finished to a very high standard. These are all designed to suit residents in later life by combining elegance and comfort with features that help to maximise independence.

The kitchens and bathrooms are fitted with modern, stylish equipment designed to help make life easier and more rewarding. These include easy-turn taps, easy-open windows, level-access showers and power sockets positioned at a convenient height. In addition, every cottage and apartment is linked to a 24-hour emergency call system.

The nearby communal facilities have been furnished to a very high standard and are designed to offer residents a warm and inviting ambiance, combined with a homely feel.

Our hospitality package includes one cooked three-course meal per day (lunch or dinner) which we can deliver to your home, or you can enjoy in the comfort of the village restaurant. The village taxi service is also available for planned shopping trips and excursions.
