The original ‘hybrid’ planning application was approved in 2021. Construction for Phase 1 started on site in November 2023.  

We are now coming forward with our detailed plans for  Phase 2, known as ‘Reserved Matters’, at Widmore Park, a planning application was submitted in March 2024 to South Oxfordshire District Council following a public consultation event held in January 2024.  

Following the submission of the application for Phase 2 we are working alongside the Council and their consultees to resolve any technical queries and seek a positive planning outcome.
